1. What AIInfoHub Is

AIInfoHub is an independent educational resource: an AI tools directory, reviews, comparisons, tutorials, a prompts library, news and guides about making money with AI. All content is provided for general information and educational purposes only — see our Disclaimer for important limits on that.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old to register.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, post spam, or abuse the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-copy site content except through normal browsing or our sitemap for search indexing.
• Attempt to breach the site's security, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users.
• Use prompts or content from this site for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes — including academic dishonesty, spam, phishing, or generating misinformation.
• Impersonate AIInfoHub, our team, or other users.
• Upload or transmit malware, or overload our infrastructure.

4. Our Content & Your Use of It

Articles, reviews, prompts, graphics and other content on AIInfoHub are our intellectual property (or used under license). You may:

• Read, share links to, and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back.
• Use our prompts in your own AI workflows — that's what they're for.

You may not republish our articles or reviews in full, resell our content, or present it as your own. Systematic copying of the prompts library or tool database for a competing service is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Tools, Affiliate Links & Ads

We link to third-party AI tools and services. We don't control those sites: their pricing, features, availability and policies can change without notice, and their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

6. Accuracy & Changes

The AI landscape changes fast. We work hard to keep tool information, pricing and reviews current (each page shows when it was last updated), but we can't guarantee everything is accurate at every moment. Always verify critical details — especially pricing — on the vendor's official site before purchasing.

We may update, reorganize or remove content at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIInfoHub is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site, your reliance on its content, or your use of third-party tools we list or link to — including subscription costs, lost data or business losses. Your use of any AI tool is solely between you and that tool's vendor.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
